The mindfulness event that you don't want to miss! 

Soul Healn Wellness presents to you our Breath & Blow Mindfulness event. 

Located in Fairmount Park at Reservoir Dr & W Dauphin Dr, we will be facilitating breath work, sound bath, journaling, and healing technique conversations. With back-to-school time right around the corner, we know how important it is to create a routine for your household. We will learn how to add breath work, stress management, and self-care into our school time routine, in order to ensure that we have a great school year. 

Soul Healn will provide the yoga mats, the journals, and the weed IF REQUESTED. 

*Although this is a smoke-friendly event, you are NOT REQUIRED to smoke in order to participate in this event*
