Certified Life Coach Specializing in Trauma-Informed Care
Kishna Celce understands just how much trauma affects not just our lives, but also the lives of the people closest to us. With an emphasis on compassion and empathy, Kishna delivers effective and innovative insights on parenting, relationships, and self-care to those on a journey of healing. Kishna specializes in post-abuse parenting, post-infidelity relationship building, and emotional development for youth.

Hey there! I am Nia-Dayo. I am a licensed Behavioral Specialist, and licensed Master Social Worker. With 20 years plus of helping children and families in the social service field, my carrier focus has been on Out-Patient Counseling for Children, Adults and Families assisting them to reach their therapeutic goals , effective communication skills for relationship building , while utilizing evidence base treatments .

Doula + Post Partum Facilitator
Hi! My name is Shannon, and I am a certified Doula, Yoga, and Reiki practitioner. As an Advocate for the birthing community, I provide a sacred space of healing, support, and empowerment. My goal in this work is to hold space for birthing people in a way that encourages people to reclaim their power through physical, emotional, and spiritual support. Birth work continues to inspire me as each experience is unique and expands my mind as I am exposed to the most beautiful and vulnerable version of one's self.
Antoinette Coward-Gilmore
Certified Pilates Facilitator
A Philadelphia native, Coward-Gilmore received her training at the New Freedom Theatre under the direction of Patricia Scott Hobbs. A graduate of the Franklin Learning Center,
where she studied under Master Horton Teacher, the late Faye B. Snow, and additionally trained with the late James Truitte, Wayne St. David, Milton Myers, Ruth Adrian, Pat Thomas, Abdel R. Salaam, and Dyane Harvey-Salaam.
