Kishna Celce understands just how much trauma affects not just our lives, but also the lives of the people closest to us. With an emphasis on compassion and empathy, Kishna delivers effective and innovative insights on parenting, relationships, and self-care to those on a journey of healing. Kishna specializes in post-abuse parenting, post-infidelity relationship building, and emotional development for youth.
My name is Tatyanna often referred to as “EM” in my classes. I started my stretch classes after realizing there are so many ppl who don’t stretch out. I started my classes over a year ago in hopes to help others and give an environment where people can ease their mind and feel free. So I’m hoping you all find that with me.

With 20 years plus of helping children and families in the social service field, my carrier focus has been on Out-Patient Counseling for Children, Adults and Families assisting them to reach their therapeutic goals , effective communication skills for relationship building , while utilizing evidence base treatments .

Hi! My name is Shannon, and I am a certified Doula, Yoga, and Reiki practitioner. As an Advocate for the birthing community, I provide a sacred space of healing, support, and empowerment. My goal in this work is to hold space for birthing people in a way that encourages people to reclaim their power through physical, emotional, and spiritual support. Birth work continues to inspire me as each experience is unique and expands my mind as I am exposed to the most beautiful and vulnerable version of one's self.
