Men's Mental Health Event

This single event will be the catatlyst to a monthly wellnss space for men to find the support that they need amongst each other. 

Too often, we find events and programs geared towards women and their mental health. We were determined to create a space for men to be able to come together and find the support they need while learning new skills and tools that they can use to help them as they battle daily strugles. 

This event, this space, was created for you. 

Join us at the Soul Healn Wellness Center for an event led by men, for our men, to have the ability to talk about how to handle your struggles, learn how to move your body to help release stress, and create a system of support that you can carry with you outside of the event.
