EXHALE Philly and Soul Healn Wellness Centerextends an invitation to all EXHALE 2023 Guests to take part in a virtual Puff-N-Sound-Bath experience.
Date & Time: June 21st, 7-8PM EST
Soundbaths incorporate sound frequencies created by a mallet and “singing bowl” and are rooted in ancient meditative practices going back two-thousand years. The practice’s origins are thought to be in Tibet, which occupies the mountains and plateaus of Central Asia. Sound baths use the energy and frequencies of sound to induce meditative states and are known to reduce stress, help participants access deeper states of consciousness, and increase self-awareness.
