Self Care Sunday: the Blossom & Bloom Event

This month, we will learn how to use plants to guide our wellness journey. We will decorate our plant pots, name our plants after ourselves, dicscuss how mental health increases with planting and gardening, and implement a new daily routine that allows us to be present and intentional with ourselves and our plant. 

Whether you are already a plant parent, or will be new to plants and caring for them, this event is for you! We are kicking off the spring with intentional wellness and some sun on our skin. 

We invite you and your loved ones to join in on this self-care journey. Gather your siblings, friends, or your partner to enjoy some sun while we learn about a new way to put purselves first.
